Keeping your Homey account details up to date is quick and easy. Whether you want to update your name or switch to a new email address, you can do this anytime via the Homey app or online at https://accounts.homey.app.
To keep in mind
Changing your email address will automatically update your Homey account credentials.
In the Homey app
1. Access your account settings
Tap Your Avatar → My Account.
Next, tap Manage Account. A new window will appear with your account information.
2. Edit your name and email address
To change your first or last name, tap the edit icon next to your name.
If you also want to change your email address, tap Change Email. Next, enter your new address and tap Submit. Finally, check your email to verify the change.
In the browser
1. Sign in to your Homey account
Visit https://accounts.homey.app and sign in using your Homey account credentials.
2. Edit your name and email address
Click on the edit icon next to your first or last name to make changes.
If you also want to change your email address, click on Change Email. Next, enter your new email address and click Submit. Don’t forget to check your email to verify the change.
