Do you experience issues while creating a Diagnostics Report?
The P1 port may not provide enough power for reliable operation. Ensure your Homey Energy Dongle is connected to your smart meter’s P1 port and a power source using its USB-C port.
Step 1
Open the Homey app and tap Devices in the tab bar.
Step 2
Press and hold the Homey Energy Dongle device tile, then tap the settings icon in the upper-right corner.
Step 3
Tap Create Diagnostics Report.
