Virtual button
A Virtual Button
can be switched on or off by tapping on it. For example, you can use this button to start a Flow.
Virtual switch
A Virtual Switch
can also be switched on or off by tapping on it. However, you can also select what type of device is plugged in. To set the specific device, add the virtual switch and tap on the settings button in the top right corner.
Under What's plugged in?
you can select the type of device. When you have set the device type you will be able to control this virtual switch via Google Home or Amazon Alexa.
Virtual IP camera
A Virtual IP Camera
lets you create a virtual IP camera in Homey. During the pairing wizard, you will be able to enter a URL to an HTTP IP Camera image, for example: http://192.168.1.100/snapshot.jpg
.
This way, you will be able to add network cameras to Homey. Once added, you can use the image tag in your Flows.
