Homey lets you add multiple users to your home and control who has access. If you ever need to hand over ownership to someone else, that’s possible too.
Only the owner of a Homey Pro can transfer the ownership.
Transfer ownership to another family member
- Go to More (…) → Family & Guests.
- As an owner, tap the user you want to transfer ownership to.
- Tap Transfer Ownership.
- Confirm the pop-up if you are certain you want to transfer ownership.
This process can only be reversed by the new owner of the Homey Pro
Make sure you select the correct user before confirming the transfer.
