Connecting Philips Hue with Homey

Homey works with numerous Zigbee devices manufactured by Philips, including the range of products with Bluetooth support.

Pairing instructions

1. Open the Homey app and select Devices in the tab bar.
2. Tap the + symbol in the top right corner → search for Philips Hue → tap its logo.
3. Look for the device you'd like to add → tap its icon → confirm if you want to continue → tap Install.
4. Follow the on-screen instructions.

Every device requires a different method of adding it to Homey. Follow the on-screen instructions and you'll be set in no time!

Note: Please mind that using the official Philips Hue app requires a Philips Hue Bridge. As an alternative, if you own a Homey Pro, you can use the community app Philips Hue, without the bridge to connect devices directly.
