If you signed up using Google or Apple, you may not have a Homey account password yet. This is required for specific features, such as Kiosk Mode.
Follow these steps to create one.
- Go to accounts.athom.com.
- Make sure you are logged out. If another account is selected, deselect it.
- Enter the email address linked to your Google or Apple account.
- Enter any incorrect password and click Sign in.
- In the error message, click Forgot your password.
- Confirm your email address.
- Check your inbox for the password reset email.
- Follow the link in the email to create a new password.
Once completed, you can sign in using your email address and the new password.
