Forgotten your password
Reset your password at accounts.athom.com.
Forgotten your email address
Search your inbox for an email with the subject “Verify your Homey account” and check who it was sent to.
Getting an “email_not_verified” error
This can happen if you signed up with Google and haven’t set a password yet. Add a password to your Homey account, then sign in at accounts.athom.com with your email address and new password.
If you’re asked to verify your email address, check your inbox and spam folder.
Lost your 2FA device
Contact us at 2farecovery@athom.com from the email address associated with your Homey account. We’ll ask you to verify your identity and then disable 2FA on your account.
