Homey Pro Backups automatically creates a backup of Homey every night to our cloud servers. You can restore backups at any time, which is especially useful when you set up a new Homey, Homey comes back from repair, or when you migrate from Homey to Homey Pro.
This functionality requires a subscription.
About backups
Homey stores its last 7 backups in the cloud. Backups are bound to the Homey’s owner’s account. You can back up up to 3 Homeys at the same time.
In short, one account can store up to 21 backups. You can manage and delete your backups at My Backups on the Homey website.
If you get a rate limit error message, please try again when 1 hour has passed. If you get the same error again, please wait 24 hours and try again.
