If your Wi-Fi network's name (SSID) or password has been changed, you must reconfigure Homey Bridge to connect to the internet.
Step 1
Unplug the power adapter from Homey Bridge, then plug it back in.
Step 2
After a minute, Homey Bridge automatically enters setup mode as it can't connect to the stored Wi-Fi network. The LED Ring will automatically turn blue to indicate this.
Step 3
Add Homey Bridge again in the Homey app on your iOS or Android device. Navigate to the Devices
tab and tap the +
symbol in the top-right corner.
Step 4
Ensure Bluetooth is turned on and the Homey app has location permissions. This is needed to find Homey Bridge automatically.
Step 5
Homey Bridge will be recognized automatically. Tap Connect
to start the setup and follow the on-screen instructions.
