If your Wi-Fi network’s name (SSID) or password has been changed, you must reconfigure Homey Bridge to connect to the internet.
Settings remain intact
Homey Bridge’s settings will be unmodified during this operation.
1. Restart Homey Bridge
Unplug the power adapter from Homey Bridge, then plug it back in.
2. Wait for setup mode
After a minute, Homey Bridge automatically enters setup mode as it can't connect to the stored Wi-Fi network. The LED Ring will automatically turn blue to indicate this.
3. Open the Homey app
Add Homey Bridge again in the Homey app on your iOS or Android device. Go to the Devices tab, then tap in the top-right corner.
Enable Bluetooth and location
Make sure Bluetooth is turned on and that the Homey app has location permissions enabled. This is needed to find Homey Bridge automatically.
4. Connect Homey Bridge
Homey Bridge will be recognized automatically. Tap Connect to start the setup and follow the on-screen instructions.
