You can temporarily or permanently turn off the LED Ring of Homey Bridge by following the steps below.
Temporarily
You can turn off the LED Ring for a specific period. For example, you can use Time as an Event to always dim the LED Ring at 10 PM.
Step 1
Open the Homey app and tap Flow in the tab bar.
Step 2
Tap →
New Flow in the upper-right corner to create a new Flow.
Step 3
Add a When-card to specify the date and time.
Step 4
Add a new Then-card. Next, tap Home, tap the zone of your Homey Bridge, and tap Homey Bridge. Finally, set the LED Ring to Off in the Flow card.
Adding a delay
If you want the LED Ring to appear again in the morning, you can add a card that sets the LED Ring to Spectrum with a delay of a few hours.
Permanently
If you wish to turn off the LED Ring permanently, you can adjust its idle mode in the mobile app.
Step 1
Long press the Homey Bridge tile and tap the Gear icon to open the advanced settings.
Step 2
Tap LED Ring → Off.
Miss the LED Ring?
To turn the LED ring back on, select Spectrum instead.
