To delete your Homey account, follow the steps below. The process differs slightly depending on whether you signed up with an email address, Apple, or Google.
1. Sign in to your Homey account
Go to https://accounts.athom.com and sign in.
2. Start the deletion process
Click Delete Account.
If you signed up with an email and password, you’ll be asked to enter your password to confirm. Once submitted, your account will be deleted.
If you signed up with Apple or Google, click Delete My Account again in the pop-up. You’ll see a message confirming that a verification email has been sent.
3. Confirm via email (Apple or Google sign-in only)
Check your inbox and click the link in the email to complete the deletion. It might take a few minutes to arrive. Don’t forget to check your spam folder, just in case.
