Resetting Homey Pro to factory defaults will delete all stored data, including Apps, Flows, Insights, Devices, and Wi-Fi credentials.
To perform the reset, use a long pin to press and hold the pinhole located at the bottom of Homey Pro for 30 seconds.
When Homey Pro’s LED Ring begins to circle red, all data is deleted. Shortly after, it will circle white, indicating that Homey Pro is restarting.
Once the device has restarted, the LED Ring will breathe blue, signaling that Homey Pro is ready to be set up again.
