The LED on your Homey Pro mini reflects its current activity. The table below helps you quickly understand the different LED states.
Blinking White — Homey Pro mini is starting up. This process should take about one to two minutes. | |
Solid White — Homey Pro mini works normally, and the screensaver is set to On. | |
Blinking Pink — Homey Pro mini is installing an update. Do not disconnect the power. | |
Breathing Blue — Homey Pro mini is currently in Setup Mode. To connect via Ethernet, use the iOS or Android app. This situation generally occurs when Homey Pro has not been set up yet or after pressing the pinhole for 8 seconds. | |
Blinking Blue — Homey Pro mini performs tasks while in Setup Mode, such as connecting to the network or downloading a cloud backup. | |
Breathing Orange — Homey Pro mini is currently in DFU Mode. This state occurs when you press the pinhole while connecting the power cable. Connect Homey Pro to a PC or Mac to initiate a firmware update or to create or restore a local backup. | |
Blinking Orange — Homey Pro mini performs tasks while in DFU Mode. These can include installing an update, resetting to factory defaults, or creating or restoring a local backup. | |
Breathing Red — Homey Pro mini has crashed. It will restart automatically. If this keeps happening, try restoring the firmware using the USB Tool. | |
Blinking Red — Homey Pro mini is resetting to factory defaults. This typically occurs after holding the pinhole for 30 seconds. | |
Off — Homey Pro mini has either no power connected or the screensaver is set to Off. |
