Homey Pro (2016 — 2019) can “talk” to you through its internal speaker. If you don’t like its current voice, you can easily change it. For each featured language, you can select at least two different types of voices.
Changing the Speech Settings
- Open the Homey Mobile App and go to More (…) → Settings → Speech to access the Speech settings.
- In the Speech settings section, you can change the voice Homey uses or adjust the playback rate.
- Tap on Voice to get an overview of all available voices. Tap on one of the voices to hear an example or select it.
Homey only shows voices that are available in your language. To select a voice in another language, first change the language via Settings → Language.
