In this article, you will find how to remove a Homey Pro (2016 — 2019) from your account. If you want to remove a Homey please visit Removing Homey or Removing Homey Pro (Early 2023).
To remove a Homey Pro from your list of available Homeys, please follow the steps listed below.
- Turn off Homey Pro by unplugging the device.
- Open the Homey app on your phone.
- Tap on your avatar (top right of the screen) and select "My Homeys"
- Select the Homey Pro you want to remove from your account, you'll receive a notification that you cannot connect to this Homey Pro.
- Tap on your avatar again (top right of the screen) and select "Manage Homey"
- Select
Remove Homey.
Note: this process cannot be reverted! Make sure you are removing the correct Homey Pro.
