If you contact our support team about an issue, we may ask you to create a diagnostics report. This generates a unique code, such as 1234ABCD, that helps us troubleshoot the issue more quickly.
You can create a diagnostics report from the Homey Mobile App or Homey Web App.
Homey Mobile App
- Go to More (...) → Settings → General.
- Scroll down and tap Create Diagnostics Report.
- Share the code with our support team.
Homey Web App
- Go to developer.athom.com/tools/system and sign in with your Homey account.
- Click Create Diagnostics Report.
- Share the code with our support team.
