, that helps us troubleshoot your Homey faster.
To create a Diagnostics Report ID on your mobile or desktop device, please follow these steps.
Mobile app
- In the Homey app, go to

→Settings
→General
and scroll down. - Tap the
Create Diagnostics Report
button. - You will receive a unique code. Give this code to our Support Team.
Web app
- Navigate to
developer.athom.com/tools/system
and log in with your Athom Account. - Tap the
Create Diagnostics Report
button. - You will receive a unique code. Give this code to our Support Team.
