Requesting a Refund
If, for any reason, you want to return the product you purchased from our online store to request a refund, please contact our support desk within 30 days starting from the day you received the product.
Returnin the Diagnostics report field when applying for a return.
- State the exact reason why you want to return the product and attach the original invoice.
- Our support team will forward an RMA form and all the necessary information needed to return the product to us.
- Once the product arrives at our office, it will be checked for damages and functionality.
- If everything is functional, you will receive a refund of the price you paid for the product.
