Enter your energy contract rates in Homey Energy to see the cost of your energy use, not just the usage itself. Combined with Top Consumers, this shows which devices cost you the most.
1. Open Settings in the Energy tab
Open the Homey app, tap Energy in the bottom tab bar, then scroll down and tap Settings.
2. Choose a category
Tap the category you want to set a price for: electricity, gas, or water.
3. Enter your costs
For electricity, enter your Import Price: the rate you pay for the power you use. Choose Fixed Price or Dynamic Price, enter your rate, then tap Save.
Fixed vs. dynamic import price
Choose Fixed Price if your provider charges the same rate at all times. Choose Dynamic Price if your rate changes throughout the day. See how to set up dynamic electricity prices.
